Amazonia Network (ANW) is a union of scientists, that originally emerged during the activities of the research projekt "On the Genesis of Information Structure", at the Institute of Design and Assessment of Technology at the University of Technology in Vienna (1994-97). Since then Amazonia Network evolved to an association, spezialised in close scientific cooperation with Latin American (Pan Amazonian) partner institutions, absolutely open to scientific projects of investigation, focussing on the exchange of ideas and results.

 

On the other hand Amazonia Network actually is realizing a series of University training courses and University workshops spezializing in microbiological academic issues, promoting the immediate transfer of up-to-date knowledge and newly emerging methods and techniques to the partner institutions involved in the projects.

 

To achieve this aim ANW represents an international community of scientists and experts for its interdisciplinary scientific approach combining
